The Community Marketing team unifies and amplifies financial health initiatives that build trust in communities, empower consumers, and strengthen relationships with Chase customers.
As a Content Lead for the Chase Money Skills Content Studio in Consumer Bank, you will be the operational heart of the editorial team, reporting directly to the Managing Editor. You will own and operate the editorial calendar, support agency and contributor relationships, and ensure all content is informed by performance insights and aligned to the needs of the Firm. You will drive the creation, adaptation, and optimization of financial health content across multiple channels, supporting Marketing, PR, and paid and organic social strategies. You will synthesize data, maintain the content library, and develop pillar assets that advance financial inclusion and build trust with diverse audiences.
Job responsibilities
Create content that supports customer journey for each pillar topic, ensuring clear progression from awareness to referral readiness. Support video script development and ensure written content translates effectively to video/audio formats.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
Experience writing creative briefs for internal and external partners and/or agencies and managing relationships through production and revision cycles
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
Experience working with agencies and internal/external stakeholders and experience developing a content style guide or brand voice documentation from the group up
Background in personal finance journalism, financial wellness publishing, or consumer financial education (nonprofit, fintech, or bank context) and genuine interest in consumer financial health
Familiarity with SEO content strategy and pillar content development and writing for bilingual or multicultural audiences
