Lead conversion executive

We are looking for a smart freelance professional (female) to manage leads from our digital campaigns, convert them into consultation appointments, and follow up until client onboarding.

Strong communication, CRM discipline, and follow-up skills required.

In your response, please cover how you would:

• contact and qualify the lead
• follow up through calls, WhatsApp, or meetings if required
• bring the lead to the free consultation offered by the company.
• coordinate with the consultant for appointment fixing
• follow up after consultation
• address delays or objections
• convert the lead into a confirmed client
• Maintaining the database and reporting the lead status
