Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Lead Coordinator (Sales Operation Coordinator) to join our team. This role ensures smooth sales operations by managing leads, assisting with documentation, and providing excellent support to both the sales team and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track new sales leads with accurate data entry and timely coordination with the sales team.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and invoices based on client needs.
- Follow up with the sales team on lead progress to ensure timely action and prevent missed opportunities.
- Maintain organized records of leads, communications, and sales documentation.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients during the quotation and invoicing process, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Identify and recommend improvements to enhance sales support workflows and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in administrative support, sales assistance, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and invoicing software.
- Professional communication skills—both verbal and written.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
