Lead Copilot Studio Developer

We are seeking a Lead Copilot Studio Developer to drive the development of Microsoft Copilot agents and enterprise integrations using Microsoft Power Platform. Responsibilities

  • Lead design and development of Microsoft Copilot agents tailored for enterprise needs
  • Design and implement integrations using Microsoft Power Platform
  • Develop and maintain custom connectors for seamless data exchange
  • Oversee automation initiatives to streamline business processes
  • Ensure secure integration of systems and data across platforms
  • Establish and enforce governance standards for agent and integration development
  • Manage the lifecycle of Copilot agents, from deployment to maintenance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams
  • Monitor and optimize performance of deployed solutions
  • Document solutions and maintain best practices
  • Support compliance with industry regulations, especially in Oil & Gas
  • Coordinate with IT and security teams for risk management
  • Evaluate new technologies and recommend adoption strategies

Requirements

  • Experience in Microsoft Copilot agent development,
  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps
  • Knowledge of custom connector development and API integration
  • Expertise in automation and workflow orchestration
  • Understanding of secure integration practices and enterprise security standards
  • Familiarity with governance frameworks for digital solutions
  • Capability to manage solution lifecycle in large organizations
  • Qualifications in enterprise IT environments, preferably Oil & Gas
  • Skills in stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration
  • Proficiency in English at an advanced level
