Job Overview

We are looking for a Lead Creative Product UI/UX Designer to lead the design vision and user experience of our digital products. The ideal candidate will combine creative thinking with strong UX strategy to design intuitive, visually engaging, and user-centered products.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform complex requirements into seamless user experiences while maintaining a strong focus on innovation, usability, and modern design standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process from research and ideation to final product delivery.
• Develop creative and user-centered design solutions for web and mobile products.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Build and maintain design systems and UI guidelines for consistent product experiences.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into effective designs.
• Guide and mentor junior designers and creative team members.
• Ensure high-quality design execution and usability standards across all digital products.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX, or Digital Product Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative product design and UX problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Expertise in interaction design, user flows, usability, and design systems.
• Experience working with Agile product teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing SaaS, fintech, or enterprise products.
• Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React) is a plus.
