Senior Graphic Designer

Mind's Eye Consultancy is looking for Senior Graphic Designer for it's Tire's Distribution Clients at Karachi.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will lead the design and development of visual assets for marketing campaigns, branding, digital content, and other communication materials. This role is ideal for a creative professional with strong design expertise, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to guide junior designers.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Leadership:

• Lead the creation of visual assets across digital and print platforms, including social media graphics, banners, brochures, and advertisements.
• Maintain and enhance brand identity through consistent and high-quality design work.
• Review and guide junior designers to ensure adherence to design standards and deadlines.

Creative Development:

• Conceptualize and design creative campaigns in collaboration with marketing and content teams.
• Create basic animations and GIFs for social media, ads, and digital campaigns.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Develop templates, style guides, and visual assets to streamline creative processes.

Collaboration & Coordination.

• Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand design requirements.
• Coordinate with external vendors or agencies when required.
• Ensure timely delivery of design assets while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
• Basic knowledge of animation tools (After Effects, GIF creation, motion graphics basics) is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and animated work.
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
