• Lead the integration of customer data across all channels (offline stores, online platforms, service touchpoints, loyalty applications).
• Design, manage, and optimize data flows (ETL, batch, real-time API, webhook).
• Drive technical integrations within our Customer Data Platform (CDP) transformation journey.
• Ensure deduplication, data quality assurance, and identity stitching in collaboration with the Data Governance team.
• Build and maintain data models to enable segmentation, campaign execution, and reporting for CRM & Analytics.
• Partner with IT, CX, E-commerce, and Growth teams to align on integration priorities.
• Lead and mentor the Data & Integration team, while supporting the development of junior colleagues.
• Safeguarde compliance with KVKK, GDPR, and data security standards in all data processes.

• Advanced skills in SQL (joins, case statements, window functions) and data modeling.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Qlik, Power BI, or similar).
• Hands-on experience in ETL processes including mapping, schema design, transformation, and loading.
• Previous exposure to CDPs and CRM platforms (Salesforce, Adobe, Acquia, etc.).
• Solid knowledge of KVKK / GDPR compliance and data security practices.
• Proven ability in team leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders effectively.
• Familiar with data integration, API management, and both batch & streaming data transfer.
