Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent and 5 years of job-related experience required.
- Experience may be substituted for education.
- Valid driver's license and ability to deliver or pick up cleaning supply products or machines.
- Ability to pass a background and drug screening.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and supplies.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish

This job operates in a professional office environment. Guadalupe Centers serves a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults, some of whom may have mental or behavioral health problems. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to perform physical labor including climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing for long periods. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may frequently be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The employee may also be exposed to a variety of extreme weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. The employee is directly responsible for safety, well-being, and work output.
