About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Lead Data Scientist with over 8 years of experience to lead the Customer Experience Analytics team. In this role, you will deliver data-driven insights to improve customer satisfaction, enhance loyalty, and shape business strategy. You will mentor a team, deploy advanced ML models, and collaborate with stakeholders to align analytics initiatives with customer-centric goals.
