Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures across the organization.
- Conduct and maintain Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA) and Records of Processing Activities (RoPA).
- Ensure compliance with local and international privacy laws, including GDPR and the Saudi Data Protection Law.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to implement governance best practices and ensure data quality and integrity.
- Support audits, compliance reviews, and reporting for regulatory bodies.

Provide training, mentorship, and advisory to internal teams on governance and compliance topics.
- 7-10 years of experience in Data Governance/Compliance, preferably in financial services.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Strong knowledge of DPIA, RoPA, and privacy frameworks (GDPR, Saudi DPL).
- Familiar with global data governance standards, including DAMA-DMBOK, ISO 38505, and ISO 27001.
- Hands-on experience in implementing data protection and compliance frameworks.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional)
- CIPP/E (Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe)
- ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or equivalent
