Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) & Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Lead to manage end-to-end data integration and analytics delivery. The ideal candidate will lead ODI ETL/ELT operations, manage OAS semantic models and dashboards, ensure platform stability, and collaborate closely with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle Data Integrator (ODI):

  • Design, develop, and maintain ODI mappings, packages, load plans, and scenarios
  • Monitor ODI agents, schedules, and batch jobs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ODI and Oracle database errors
  • Optimize ETL/ELT performance and ensure data reliability
  • Manage deployments across DEV, QA, and PROD environments

Oracle Analytics Server (OAS):

  • Develop and maintain RPD (Physical, BMM, and Presentation layers)
  • Create and manage dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
  • Manage user access, security roles, and row-level security
  • Perform performance tuning, caching, and server optimization
  • Validate report accuracy and resolve business data issues

Platform & Governance:

  • Ensure metadata consistency between ODI and OAS
  • Maintain documentation, governance, and version control
  • Lead production support, incident management, and RCA
  • Coordinate with DBAs, infrastructure, and cloud teams

Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Define SLAs for data freshness, uptime, and analytics availability
  • Conduct user training and knowledge-sharing sessions

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–12 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI 11g/12c)
  • Strong experience with Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) / OBIEE
  • Excellent SQL and PL/SQL skills
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and ETL/ELT
  • Experience in production support and performance tuning
  • Exposure to deployment tools like Git, SVN, or similar

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
  • Knowledge of Linux shell scripting and automation
  • Exposure to Python, PySpark, or modern data engineering tools
