Title: Lead Data Risk Analyst

Location: 1525 W W T Harris Blvd Charlotte, NC

Alternate Location: 221 N Kansas St El Paso, TX

Duration: 9 months

Work Engagement: W2

Work Schedule: 3 days in office/2 days remote (1-2 months on site training, then hybrid schedule)

Summary:

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Rapidly learn and adapt to internal processes and workflows.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of cases to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Deliver constructive feedback to peers and stakeholders to drive performance and process enhancements.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in risk management practices, with a strong emphasis on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance and controls.


Qualifications
:

  • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Experience with large data sets and reviewing customer transactions
  • Experience leading a team or an initiative.
  • Strong understanding of AML frameworks and regulatory expectations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with NEWTON, SVP, Hogan, or Cornerstone systems (preferred)
