<Duties>
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development, social skills, and early learning concepts for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
- Provide attentive care to children’s physical needs, including feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene routines.
- Create a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
- Monitor children’s behavior using effective behavior management techniques to foster positive interactions and emotional growth.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to share progress updates and address individual needs or concerns related to childcare or special education requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of children’s activities, developmental milestones, attendance, and health information.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, including first aid procedures and emergency response plans.
- Support children with disabilities or special needs by adapting activities and providing inclusive care tailored to individual abilities.
- Engage in ongoing professional development related to childhood education, classroom management, infant care, toddler care, and early childhood education best practices.

- Proven experience working with children across various age groups in daycare or preschool settings.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education techniques.
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively while fostering a positive learning environment through classroom management skills.
- Experience with behavior management strategies to support emotional regulation and social skills development.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is highly preferred; willingness to obtain if not already certified.
- Background in special education or working with children with disabilities enhances your ability to provide inclusive care.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with parents, guardians, colleagues, and specialists.
