What You’ll Do

• Guide and engage children using Kiddie Academy’s Life Essentials® curriculum
• Plan and lead creative, age-appropriate activities
• Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment
• Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development
• Collaborate with fellow team members and participate in staff activities
• Communicate regularly with families and support academy events
• Assist with daily routines, including meals and classroom organization

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking individuals who are enthusiastic, dependable, and truly enjoy working with children. A positive attitude, creativity, and a commitment to providing an exceptional learning experience are key.

Qualifications (DCFS Lead Teacher Requirements)

• 60 college credit hours with at least 6 in Early Childhood Education/Child Development, OR
• 30 college credit hours with 6 in Early Childhood Education/Child Development plus 1 year (1,560 hours) in a licensed childcare setting, OR
• Child Development Associate (CDA) credential
