We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our nurturing team. Responsibilities

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development.
• Supervise and engage with children during playtime, meals, and educational activities.
• Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Monitor the emotional and physical well-being of each child, addressing any needs or concerns promptly.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any relevant updates.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive approach to childcare and education.
• Support children with special needs or disabilities, adapting activities to meet their individual requirements.

Skills

• Experience in daycare settings or early childhood education is essential.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
• Strong classroom management skills to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Ability to provide infant care, including feeding, diapering, and comforting.
• Experience working with children with disabilities or special education needs is highly valued.
• Familiarity with toddler care practices, including developmental milestones and safety protocols.
• Previous experience in babysitting or nannying can be beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues.
