Job Summary:
The Clinical Director will oversee the clinical operations of the practice, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care while maintaining a smooth, efficient, and well-organized environment. This leadership role requires a serious, committed individual who is passionate about team development, patient care, and overall practice success. The Clinical Director will work closely with the dentists, dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to create a cohesive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise clinical staff, ensuring excellent patient care and smooth office operations.
• Oversee and coordinate all clinical procedures, including cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign treatments, and dental implants.
• Ensure adherence to sterilization and infection control protocols.
• Provide guidance and training to the clinical team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Ensure that clinical staff members are properly trained on the latest dental technologies and treatments.
• Monitor and maintain proper patient flow throughout the day, ensuring efficient and timely appointments.
• Collaborate with dentists to ensure treatment plans and protocols are consistent with best practices.
• Manage inventory and ordering of clinical supplies.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in dental care, ensuring the practice maintains high standards.

Qualifications:

• Leadership role for at least 3 years or more
• Proven experience in a dental leadership role (Clinical Director, Lead Dental Assistant, etc.)
• Strong background in cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, and dental implants is highly preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate a clinical team to provide exceptional care
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work Monday through Friday with one Saturday per month
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
