Lead Dental Assistant

For the first time in a while, my office is looking for a LEAD Registered Dental Assistant. This is a job for someone experienced, dedicated, and has a team-first mentality. The expectations are high, but so is the pay if your skills and personality fit our office. The entire team has been here for a while so there will be support and training.

The lead assistant is expected to:
*assist the doctor in treatment
*check in lab cases
*oversee cleanliless of rooms and sterilization
*Monitor all equipment and keep maintenance and inspections up to date
*Maintain nitrous and oxygen tanks including ordering when needed
*Keep SDS sheets organized in the assigned binder
*monitor and order all office supplies
*oversee and delegate to 2 other dental assistants

Other notes: Dentrix software, iTero scanner, lab scanner, CBCT machine, Nomads, 401k with matching. Uniforms bought annually. Monday-Thursday schedule. Fridays are available for admin tasks. 1 doctor practice with 6 ops (2 front desks, 2 hygienists, and 3 assistants)

Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
