Well-established, patient-focused dental practice seeking an experienced Lead Dental Assistant to help lead and support our clinical team. This leadership role focuses on organization, team collaboration, and maintaining a smooth clinical workflow rather than traditional chairside assisting. Competitive pay based on experience.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years dental assisting experience

Coronal Polishing Certification Preferred not required

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Experience with digital workflows preferred not required

Eaglesoft experience preferred not required

Responsibilities

Oversee and organize

Lead daily team huddles

Train and mentor dental assistants

Support clinical efficiency and patient flow
