We are looking for a skilled Lead UX/UI Designer to join our team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

In this role, you will work on-site at the client’s office in Al Khobar and own the end-to-end product experience, shape the CX vision, define information architecture and commerce journeys and translate them into a scalable design system and production-ready UI.

Responsibilities

• Drive creation of end-to-end customer journeys and initial UX/UI; produce Figma wireframes and clickable prototypes
• Design catalog, pricing, cart/checkout, order tracking and self-service patterns for B2B contexts
• Align experience goals with platform capabilities and commercial roadmap
• Define IA, navigation and content models
• Establish a reusable component library and design system that aligns with brand and accelerates delivery
• Model UI behaviors around API gateway integrations for marketplace, billing, order-management and CRM/BSS
• Deliver Arabic-first, RTL-capable UI with strong localization practices
• Instrument journeys for usage analytics and acceptance; iterate based on data and stakeholder reviews

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of proven design experience with portfolio demonstrating strong UX and UI skillset
• Expert in Figma and collaborative prototyping
• Experience operating within Agile ceremonies alongside PO, BA, FE/BE leads
• Fluent English communication skills (B2 level or higher)
• An academic degree in Design or a related field

Nature of Work and Working Hours

The usual working hours for full-time roles at EPAM in Saudi Arabia are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including a one-hour unpaid lunch break. Working hours may vary based on client requirements and flexibility is accommodated whenever possible.
