Lead DevOps Engineer - L1 | Fulltime
Job Description:
Job purpose:
Design and implement the company's production and development environments. Responsible for delivering a scalable; resilient; and cost-effective architecture and building a team of first-class professionals by guiding and leading; planning career paths and tuning the hiring.
Scope:

Take over and manage all Azure infrastructure from Day 1, including AKS clusters, Application Gateway, VNets, NSGs, Key Vault, Container Registry, Blob Storage, and Azure AI Search.

Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure Container Registry) and Infrastructure-as-Code (Helm, Docker, Terraform or Bicep).

Manage AKS cluster scaling, rolling updates, rollback, and health monitoring.

Own identity, security, and authentication management via Microsoft Entra ID, including service principals, RBAC, managed identities, and certificate lifecycle.

Run system monitoring, logging, alerting, cost optimization, backup, disaster recovery, and capacity planning.
Job Requirements:
Job
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cloud Computing, or related field.

5+ years of Azure cloud and DevOps experience, including at least 2 years managing AKS-based containerized workloads.

Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator (AZ-104) is mandatory; AZ-305 (Solutions Architect) strongly preferred; AZ-500 (Security Engineer) and ITIL/DevOps certifications advantageous.

Hands-on experience with Azure networking, Key Vault, monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, App Insights, Grafana), and IaC. Experience supporting AI or data-intensive platforms strongly preferred.
