Lead drivers need to have flexible schedules with a focused priority on meeting the needs of our customers. If you consistently ask for more hours, step up to fill in for others when needed and want to make a lot of money (!), then working here is a perfect fit!

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive attitude, warm personality, and great customer service skills with people of all ages;
• A long-term team member looking to grow within our company
• Comfortable driving a larger vehicle;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment;
• Dependable, team-oriented, and trustworthy; and
• Availability on nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Key duties and responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

• Greeting and serving customers with consistent positivity and enthusiasm;
• Communicate directly with clients and build/maintain trusting relationships;
• Safely transport Kona Entertainment Vehicle (KEV) from warehouse to event location;
• Ability to handle cash, accept payments, and operate Square point of sale;
• Maintain KEV equipment with routine cleaning and restocking of supplies during shift;
• Complete beginning and end of shift preparation on KEV; and
• Other duties as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must possess valid driver's license
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Minimum of 2 years of driving experience
• Possess a great driving record
• Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds overhead
• Must have reliable transportation
