A premier legal team is searching for a highly skilled and strategic E-Discovery Attorney to spearhead our complex litigation and regulatory matters. About the Role

The ideal candidate will be a licensed attorney with extensive hands-on experience in the full e-discovery lifecycle. You'll manage large-scale document reviews, optimize workflows, and serve as the firm's in-house expert on legal technology platforms, with a special emphasis on Relativity. . This role requires a leader who can not only navigate the complexities of data but also guide and motivate teams to achieve excellence. Your strategic vision and technical proficiency will be critical in driving successful outcomes for our most high-stakes cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Direct and manage end-to-end e-discovery processes from data collection to production, aligning every phase with our core case strategies.

  • Technology Mastery: Serve as the go-to expert for the Relativity platform, managing administrative tasks, creating custom workflows, and optimizing its performance to meet project needs.

  • Team Management: Lead and supervise teams of document reviewers, both onshore and offshore, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and quality control on a large scale.

  • Workflow Optimization: Oversee ESI protocols, data transfers, and data integrity, constantly seeking new ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with litigation counsel, vendors, and IT teams to implement innovative, technology-driven legal solutions.

  • Documentation & Compliance: Develop and maintain e-discovery protocols and ensure strict compliance with all relevant laws, court orders, and data privacy regulations.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Attorney: Must be an attorney in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction.

  • E-Discovery Expertise: At least 5–7 years of focused legal experience in e-discovery and Electronic Stored Information (ESI) management.

  • Relativity Certification: Hold a Relativity Certified Administrator designation, or demonstrate equivalent expert-level experience and in-depth, hands-on knowledge of the platform.

  • Proven Leadership: A track record of successfully managing and mentoring document review teams in a fast-paced litigation environment.

  • Technical Proficiency: A deep understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and practical experience with FTP sites, load files, and metadata integrity.

  • Attention to Detail: Strong knowledge of privilege review, redaction protocols, and various production formats.

  • Exceptional Skills: Outstanding organizational, leadership, and project management capabilities.
