Overview:
We are seeking an experienced E&I Lead to ensure electrical and instrumentation systems are fully prepared for safe and efficient operation during the transition from construction and commissioning to steady-state operations. The role focuses on readiness assurance for electrical distribution, control systems, instrumentation, and automation.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement readiness plans for electrical and instrumentation systems.

Conduct readiness reviews, gap analyses, and audits to ensure compliance with international standards.

Collaborate with construction, commissioning, operations, and HSE teams for system integration.

Identify and mitigate risks related to electrical and control systems during start-up.

Maintain readiness checklists, assurance reports, and dashboards.

Support training programmes for operations teams on E&I systems.

Act as focal point for E&I readiness assurance with stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related discipline.

8–10 years’ experience in oil & gas or energy projects, with 5+ years in E&I commissioning or operational readiness.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems (HV/LV), instrumentation, control systems, and automation.

Familiarity with operational readiness frameworks and commissioning processes.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
