Are you a seasoned E&I professional with strong fabrication yard experience in the Oil & Gas sector? We’re looking for a Lead Engineer – E&I (Fabrication) to drive execution excellence and lead high-performing teams on major EPC projects.

YOUR ROLE

As a Lead Engineer (E&I) you will oversee all Electrical & Instrumentation fabrication activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery aligned with project specifications and international

• Lead and supervise E&I fabrication works (cable trays, junction boxes, control panels, instrumentation, etc.)
• Ensure all activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules
• Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and subcontractors
• Enforce HSE standards and electrical safety compliance at all times
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA/QC, and Construction teams to resolve technical challenges
• Monitor productivity, quality, and progress, implementing improvements where required
• Oversee inspection & testing (IR tests, continuity checks, loop preparation, FAT support)
• Prepare and maintain fabrication reports and documentation

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Experience

• Minimum 15 years’ experience in E&I, with strong exposure to Oil & Gas EPC fabrication projects

Education / Certifications / Licenses

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation, or related

Skills and Competencies

• Strong knowledge of E&I fabrication practices and international standards
• Experience with hazardous area requirements, grounding & cable management
• Proven leadership within fabrication yard environments
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
