Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Electrical Engineer to oversee electrical design, manage project execution, and align engineering initiatives with organizational goals. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective electrical solutions for fintech-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Electrical Design: Lead the design of electrical systems for fintech facilities and digital infrastructure.
• Project Oversight: Manage electrical engineering aspects of projects from concept to completion.
• Risk Management: Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to GCC regulations, ISO standards, and safety protocols.
• Innovation: Drive adoption of advanced technologies such as smart grids, automation, and renewable energy systems.
• Collaboration: Partner with IT, fintech developers, and project managers to align electrical solutions with strategic objectives.
• Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of accountability and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 12+ years of electrical engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering frameworks and GCC fintech environments.
• Expertise in electrical analysis software (ETAP, AutoCAD Electrical, MATLAB/Simulink).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in multinational or regional engineering organizations preferred.

Pay: RO1,800.000 - RO2,600.000 per month
