Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes professional growth and knowledge sharing. This includes conflict resolution and team building.
Apply knowledge of electrical engineering principles, including power generation, embedded systems, and sensor integration, to enhance project outcomes.
Identify potential risks in projects in relation to the electrical discipline, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
Ensure all designs and implementations comply with industry regulations and electrical safety standards, such as the National Electric Code (NEC).
Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources and schedule tasks to optimize project workflows, ensuring that all team members are effectively utilized.
Conduct quality assurance checks and implement best practices in design.

Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required.
+10 years of extensive experience in electrical engineering, with a proven track record of successful project delivery across various industries.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with relevant software tools, international codes, and standards for electrical design and analysis.
