Lead Engineer

We are looking for a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to lead end-to-end delivery of AI use cases, mentor junior team members, and translate business requirements into executable technical workflows. You will manage client relationships and drive successful AI implementations.

Lead end-to-end delivery of specific AI use cases, reviewing junior team members' work and providing QC/debugging support. Translate business requirements into executable workflows, KPIs, and comprehensive test plans. Manage client discussions, training sessions, and project backlogs while handling timeline coordination and delivery expectations.

Advanced prompt engineering, LangChain/LangGraph, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate), intermediate Python, complex SQL, API design, BI reporting tools, requirement translation, code review, client training, backlog management, and team mentoring.
