Responsibilities:
  • Provide software development and Production and Post Production Support Services in the areas of data engineering and industrialization, business enablement, data governance and administration, artificial intelligence, business effectiveness, network and corporate enablement, and data science.
  • Perform changes to the application in scope and change management processes to release the developed fixes to Production.
  • Participate in operation process like incident management, problem management, root cause analysis and coordinate with required teams.
  • Collaborate with the application team, and test team members to understand requirements, provide data engineering expertise, and derive business intelligence from available information.
  • Perform support services such as attending to production issues as per ticket priority.
  • Monitor the production database & infrastructure, analyze, and resolve related issues in the event of any changes delivered.
  • Use relevant tools including GenAI to troubleshoot the application issue and resolve the problem within the agreed SLAs. Update the ticketing system with relevant status and resolution information.
  • Support customers with attending priority issues over Incident bridges for quick resolution.
  • Provide support with automation by resolving repeated issues and tools development which improves performance of team members.
  • Develop tools using AI/ML techniques and Python modules. Identify areas of order process workflow changes, make recommendations for process mining and correction.
  • Define process improvements by coordinating with Quality Team and Application owner. Perform system reliability activities such as disaster recovery, middleware upgrades and vulnerability remediations.
  • Telecommuting and working from home permitted from anywhere in the U.S.
  • Travel and relocation possible to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S.
  • Domestic travel required approximately 10% of the time to various client sites.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science or Information Technology and 1 year of experience in the job offered or 1 year of experience in the related occupations of Member of Technical Staff, System Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, or equivalent role.
  • Prior experience must include 1 year of experience working with Application Monitoring tools such as New Relic, Grafana, and Cloud Watch.
  • 1 year of experience performing advanced troubleshooting and updating knowledge base articles with solutions implemented.
  • 1 year of experience with automation for repetitive tasks to improve the change management process.
  • 1 year of experience with validation requirements, standard operating procedures (SOPs), project quality model (PQM), and change control maintenance for product life cycle.
  • 1 year of experience designing and implementing process of solutions in the field of IT infrastructure architecture, automation, and Disaster Recovery/High Availability for Data centers.
  • 1 year of experience serving as a technical expert within the area of assignment, providing guidance and direction to other professional staff and resolving complex problems.
  • 1 year of experience developing strategic plans for systems/applications development and modification.
  • Telecommuting and working from home permitted from anywhere in the U.S.
  • Travel and relocation possible to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S.
  • Domestic travel required approximately 10% of the time to various client sites.
