Position - Lead Engineer - Cyber Engineering (Security)

Mandate Requirements:-

Skills/Certifications - CISSP, CCIE-Security, or any other industry standard professional level security certification

Years of experience - Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical capability, preferably working for an IT Services or Systems Integration organization

Education - Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or relevant degree.

Technical Requirement -

Candidates must be able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of installation and configuration in six or more of the following security technologies,

• Privilege Access Management (PAM) / Identity & Access Management (IAM)

• OS Administration (Windows or Linux) - Intermediate level

• Database Activity Monitoring (DAM)
• Digital Rights Management (DRM)
• User Authentication (SAML/MFA/SSO)
• Disk Encryption/Email Encryption
• Web Application Firewall (WAF)

• Experience of security product deployment with best practice standards.
• Manages implementation tasks, with attention to detail and while under pressure.
• Lead the implementation of complex technical projects involving participants from multiple areas of the company or vendors.
• Demonstrable experience of involvement in medium to large-scale project driven implementations.
• Technical deployment and integration, understanding of troubleshooting methodologies and steps.
• A mind-set and desire to confidently hand over the solutions into operational support.
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills; capable of writing technical documentation, acting as a vendor liaison, work closely with other Engineers and peers.
• Maintains and evangelizes strong values of integrity, commitment, and self-improvement to self and others.
• Experience of mentoring and giving on-job training to other engineers in the team.
