About the role
As a Security Architect, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and implementing security systems within our organization's IT network. This role involves a detailed understanding of complex IT systems and the latest security standards, trends, and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with an analytical mindset and a passion for mitigating cyber threats.
|What You’ll Do

Security Systems Design: Develop and implement security architectures and solutions for complex IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk management strategies.

Threat Analysis & Mitigation: Conduct threat modeling, risk assessments, and security audits. Recommend and coordinate the implementation of technical controls to support and enforce defined security policies.

Research & Development: Stay abreast of the latest security systems, standards, and authentication protocols, as well as best practice security products.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, network, and software development teams to design and integrate robust security measures.

Incident Response: Develop and implement incident response protocols and procedures to handle security breaches efficiently and minimize impact.

Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with the changing laws and applicable regulations. Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols.
|Minimum Qualifications

Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

Work Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a security architecture role or a similar position.

Work Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience with security related professional such as security engineer, security specialist or security architect.

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in security architecture design and implementation, knowledge of security protocols and standards, and experience with security systems and tools.

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze security requirements and relate them to appropriate security controls.
