• Being responsible for sheet metal molding-related continuous improvement (e.g., cycle time, scrap, quality, material cost reduction, etc.)
• Coordinating, supporting, and monitoring the implementation of projects, process activities, and requirements till serial production.
• Providing technical support for in-house metal process, assembly line, and supplier production process problems
• Manage/plan cost-saving projects.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/ Manufacturing/ Metallurgical and Materials Engineering,
• Having good knowledge of the sheet metal production process and mold design,
• Having a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the sheet metal sector,
• Having good knowledge of molding simulation (Autoform is a plus),
• Having experience in project management/ cost reduction projects,
• Willing and able to work in a dynamic environment and motivated to be a self-developer,
• Having strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Strong knowledge of MS Office programs,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
• Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
• Open to an innovative culture,
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
