Lead Event Host

We are hiring Lead Party Hosts to run our signature experiential stations, including:

• Full Perfume Bar
• Mini Perfume Bar
• Lip Lab experiences
• Skincare and spa‑inspired parties
• Bath Bar
• Specialty events with estheticians and nurses

This W-2 role is perfect for someone polished, reliable, and confident working with both adults and children.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and host luxury beauty and fragrance experiences
• Set up and break down event materials
• Guide guests through hands‑on activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and high‑end presentation
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Transport and carry materials and supplies to and from events
• Communicate professionally with clients and the Glitters & Grace team

Requirements

• 21+ years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Must own or lease a vehicle large enough to transport event materials
• Willing to drive up to 50 miles for events
• Willing to travel to Indianapolis & Milwaukee (overnights) for events
• Good driving record
• Ability to lift and carry boxes and supplies
• Fluent in English
• Able to pass a background check
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, beauty, or events
• Comfortable working with children (ages 8+) and adults
• Extremely reliable — no cancellations allowed
• Reference check (provide 3-5 references)

• Ability to pick up party materials and restock supplies as needed (paid time & mileage)
• Ability to work independently and uphold brand standards
• Ability to oversee assistant hosts and other event helpers

Training & Growth

• Paid professional perfumery training
• Hands‑on instruction in all experiential offerings
• Start as a Party Assistant before transitioning into Lead Host

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
