Lead - Facilities Management (Civil)

Responsibilities

Design Stage Intervention:

Advise the Design & Development team on civil-related infrastructure at the DBR stage.

Ensure structural durability, efficient material usage, and ease of maintenance.

Integrate civil designs with fire safety layouts, façade systems, water-proofing, drainage, and hardscaping.

Financial Modelling

Conduct estimation studies and lifecycle cost analysis of civil components.

Monitor CAM (Common Area Maintenance) trends linked to civil infrastructure and suggest optimization strategies.

Collaborate with finance to develop civil CAPEX/OPEX forecasts.

Operations

Define preventive and corrective maintenance plans for civil assets.

Monitor and manage civil works including flooring, painting, waterproofing, expansion joints, and repairs.

Ensure compliance with building codes and standards.

Revenue Model

Support asset utilization plans by optimizing space and civil reconfiguration.

Contribute to space conversion projects that improve leasable area or service revenue.

Qualifications

Education Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil) or Architecture
