Required Qualifications:

At least 6 years of software engineering and hands-on programming experience in web applications
Strong knowledge of web standards and protocols, including HTML, CSS, HTTP, JavaScript (ES6), and TypeScript
Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and Responsive Web Development
Proficiency in at least one of the high-demand JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue)
Familiarity with Frontend Dev Tools (Gulp.js, webpack, Chrome Dev Tools etc.) is a plus
Familiarity with DevOps (Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing and Continuous Delivery) is a plus
Familiarity with UI/UX concerns, Progressive Web Applications and CSS preprocessors (SASS, Less) is plus
Familiarity with one of the jss libraries and npm ecosystem is a plus
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a high degree of intellectual capability
BS or higher degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent industry experience

Lead the design and development of rich client web applications, ensuring high performance and a superior user experience
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing
Stay updated on and implement new technologies and innovations to enhance development processes
Drive improvements in delivery quality and efficiency across the organization
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project goals, timelines, deliverables and manage expectations across teams and stakeholders
