Lead Full-Stack Engineer – Web, Mobile & Booking Integrations

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to build and maintain a complete digital ecosystem for a luxury hospitality and short-term rental platform.

You will be responsible for developing web platforms, mobile applications (iOS & Android), a loyalty/membership system, and integrating third-party tools such as Hostaway (PMS), payment gateways, CRM systems, and automation tools.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can architect, build, integrate, and scale real products — not just code isolated features.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-performance web applications (frontend & backend)
• Develop mobile apps (iOS & Android) or cross-platform solutions
• Design and implement a loyalty & membership program (points, tiers, rewards, subscriptions)
• Integrate Hostaway API for bookings, availability, pricing, guest data, and automations
• Connect payment gateways (Stripe or similar) for bookings, subscriptions, and payouts
• Implement user authentication, dashboards, admin panels, and reporting
• Ensure scalability, security, and clean architecture
• Work closely with founders on product logic, flows, and future features

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Full-Stack Developer
• Solid knowledge of frontend frameworks (React / Next.js / Vue)
• Strong backend experience (Node.js, Laravel, Django, or similar)
• Experience with mobile app development (React Native / Flutter / Swift / Kotlin)
• Experience with API integrations (especially PMS or booking systems like Hostaway)
• Knowledge of databases, cloud hosting, and deployment (AWS, GCP, or similar)
• Ability to think in systems, logic, and user flows, not just code

Nice to Have

• Experience in hospitality, travel, or booking platforms
• Loyalty or fintech experience (wallets, points, subscriptions)
• Experience building admin dashboards and automation workflows

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
