Lead Fullstack Developer

Role Objective:

Responsible for leading the end-to-end development and delivery of scalable, high-

performance full-stack solutions, driving the transformation from legacy .NET systems into

modern microservices and responsive frontend applications under the defined architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of microservices and frontend

applications replacing legacy Dynamics plugins and UI workflows.

● Drive the execution of logic extraction from legacy .NET systems into modern

backend services (Go / Node.js) and corresponding frontend implementations.

● Oversee the development of ETL and data synchronization pipelines between

SQL Server and PostgreSQL.

● Lead the implementation of the Proxy/API layer enabling seamless integration

between new frontend applications and legacy SDKs.

● Manage and guide a full-stack development team, ensuring high-quality delivery

across backend and frontend streams.

● Conduct code reviews across backend and frontend (React/Vue.js) ensuring

consistency, performance, and best practices.

● Collaborate closely with the Solution Architect to ensure alignment with target

architecture and resolve technical delivery blockers.

● Work with frontend and backend engineers to ensure optimal API contracts, data

flow efficiency, and UI performance.

● Provide technical guidance across the stack, ensuring smooth frontend-backend

integration and scalable UI/UX implementation.

● Own sprint planning, task breakdown, and end-to-end delivery execution for

full-stack workstreams.

● Drive performance tuning, debugging, and production issue resolution across

both frontend and backend systems.

● Ensure implementation of observability, logging, monitoring, and resiliency

standards across the full stack.

Must-Have:

● 8+ years of software development experience with strong hands-on expertise in

Golang or Node.js (TypeScript)

● Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React or Vue.js

● Proven experience in a technical lead / full-stack lead role

● Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems

● Deep expertise in PostgreSQL (indexing, JSONB, performance tuning)

● Experience building and maintaining RESTful and/or gRPC APIs

● Solid experience with data migration and ETL processes

● Strong understanding of frontend-backend integration patterns, API contracts,

and UI performance considerations

● Ability to operate across the stack with a strong focus on delivery, quality, and

execution
