Lead Functional Consultant – Hybris

We are seeking a Lead Functional Consultant specializing in SAP Hybris to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation for our SAP Commerce Cloud platform.

You will lead a team of analysts, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive the delivery of scalable e-commerce solutions. Join us to contribute your expertise and help shape our digital commerce projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and analysis for e-commerce features such as product search, order management, and promotions
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with architects and technical leads
• Manage stakeholder communications to ensure alignment across business owners, project managers, and technical teams
• Mentor and lead a team of business analysts, reviewing deliverables and promoting best practices
• Create and maintain detailed documentation including functional specs and user guides
• Support User Acceptance Testing by coordinating with relevant teams and stakeholders
• Coordinate integration efforts with SAP ERP, CRM, and third-party services using APIs and middleware
• Participate actively in Agile and Scrum processes, including writing epics, user stories, and managing backlogs

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing site implementations
• At least 2-3 years experience as a dedicated Business Analyst
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP Commerce (Hybris) modules including WCMS, PCM, PIM, and cockpits
• Technical understanding of SAP Hybris platform architecture and security concepts
• Practical experience in B2B and/or B2C e-commerce domains
• Excellent business process and analytical skills with strong problem-solving ability
• Effective communication and strong stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Experience with Impex data handling in SAP Hybris
• Knowledge of SAP ERP and CRM integration techniques
• Certification in SAP Commerce Cloud or related technologies
