Job Title: Lead Generation Executive

We are seeking a proactive and target-oriented Lead Generation Executive to support our sales and marketing team by identifying, qualifying, and generating potential leads to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, and social media
- Generate leads via email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and other channels
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria before passing to sales team
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM or Excel sheets
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality
- Follow up with prospects to increase conversion opportunities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in lead generation or sales support
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email tools, and CRM systems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong research and data entry skills
- Ability to meet targets and deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B lead generation
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
