About the Role

We are hiring Solar Battery Lead Generation Agents to work on the Australian market. This role focuses on contacting Australian homeowners who already have solar and generating qualified battery leads for our sales team.

This is a lead generation role only, not closing sales. High-performing agents are rewarded with strong commissions and long-term work.

Key Responsibilities

• Call Australian customers regarding solar battery solutions
• Qualify homeowners (solar already installed, eligibility, interest)
• Generate accurate and approved leads
• Record correct customer details and notes
• Follow scripts, compliance, and quality guidelines
• Maintain professionalism and consistency during calls

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (clear and confident)

• Backup power (UPS or inverter) to avoid downtime
• Quiet and professional home working environment
• Ability to work Australia-focused hours consistently
