Artifin Accountants is a UK-focused accounting and tax firm. We’re growing our team and looking for a Lead Generation associate who can help us connect with business owners in need of reliable accounting and tax support. This role is ideal for someone who is confident communicating with clients and comfortable handling calls and online meetings professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Reach out to business owners, respond to queries, and identify potential clients.
• Build and manage lead lists with consistent follow-ups.
• Book consultation calls with the senior team.
• Track weekly outreach activities and share progress reports.
• Conduct introductory discovery calls with potential clients.
• Represent the company professionally during client meetings when required.
• Handle initial sales conversations and qualify prospects.
• Follow up with warm leads through calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email.
• Maintain professional communication with UK-based clients.
• Support the sales team during absences or high-workload periods.

Requirements

• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners over calls and virtual meetings.
• Confident personality with good interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in lead generation, sales, customer support, or client outreach is preferred.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and CRM tools is a plus.
• Organised, proactive, and able to meet weekly outreach targets.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
