Lead Generation Associate (Female)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Lead Generation & Data Research Associate to support our research and lead generation operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant prospects and collecting accurate contact information from various online sources.

This role is suitable for someone with strong online research skills and the ability to work with large datasets while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured online research to support lead generation activities
• Extract relevant contact information from publicly available sources
• Maintain and update data in Excel / Google Sheets / CRM systems
• Remove duplicate and incorrect records
• Meet daily and weekly research targets
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency at all times

Requirements & Qualifications

• 6 months – 1 year experience in lead generation, data research, or online data mining
• Atleast bachelors. CS/IT will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of Google Maps tools
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience with international online directories and listing platforms
• Strong internet research techniques
• Familiarity with geo-based searches and data validation (bonus)
