Job Title: Lead Generation & Call Center Agent

Salary: 1000 per month + attractive commission

Job Description: We are not looking for an ordinary telephone operator, but a professional "opportunity hunter" capable of generating and qualifying leads into genuine prospects interested in immediate contracting.

Responsibilities:

• Respond immediately (less than one minute) to all customer inquiries coming from advertising campaigns.
• Qualify clients and build trust to convert them into prospects interested in annual contracts or individual services.
• Efficiently use the cloud-based "Call Center System" to record calls and accurately classify client data.
• Achieve monthly conversion targets from calls to actual branch visits (appointments) of no less than 5%.
• Provide daily reports on lead quality and feedback to the marketing department.

Skills:

• Exceptional communication and persuasion skills over the phone with an ability to handle various personalities.
• Quick-wittedness and the ability to explain complex services in a simple and attractive manner.
• Full discipline in using technical systems (CRM and Call Center System).
