Position Overview

We are seeking a Lead Generation Consultant to join our remote team, focusing on the U.S. market. This role is essential for driving top-of-funnel outreach and connecting with senior decision-makers across the financial and investment sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential U.S. clients to grow the customer base
  • Conduct outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified leads and booked demos
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of all outreach activity
  • Utilize tools such as Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, RocketReach, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Optimize cold outreach workflows based on campaign data
  • Support broader B2B SaaS lead generation initiatives
  • Participate in virtual events for client engagement

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B lead generation experience targeting the U.S. market (mandatory)
  • Cold calling experience preferred; if not experienced, must be willing to undergo training and perform cold calls independently
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Strong familiarity with Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, RocketReach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and target-driven
  • Background in SaaS, financial services, or consulting is a plus
  • Must be comfortable working the night shift (8:00 PM – 5:30 AM IST)
