We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Lead Generation & Data Extraction Specialist to support our B2B cold email campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in extracting high-quality leads, identifying decision-makers, and building clean, targeted prospect lists for outbound campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
· Extract targeted B2B leads using tools such as: Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lead411 (or similar platforms)
· Apply advanced filters (industry, employee size, revenue, technologies, titles, geography, etc.)
· Identify decision-makers (CTO, CIO, Founder, VP Engineering, IT Director, etc.)
· Perform bulk data extraction and list building
· Verify emails using tools
· Maintain clean, structured spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)
· Ensure high data accuracy and low bounce rates
· Segment leads based on campaign requirements
Required Skills
· 1–2 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation.
· Strong working knowledge of Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator filters
· Clear understanding of Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
· Experience using email verification tools
· Ability to extract, clean, and manage bulk data efficiently
· Basic understanding of cold email campaign structure
