Lead Generation / Data Scrapper Agent

Location: Defence Raya, DHA Phase 6, Lahore, Pakistan
Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Job Overview:

We are seeking detail-oriented Data Extractor Agents to join our team at our Lahore office. The ideal candidates will be responsible for conducting thorough online research and data profiling to collect, verify, and manage business and contact information from a variety of digital sources. This is a permanent, in-office position with long-term growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct extensive data profiling and online research to identify key business information and decision-makers.
• Collect and organize relevant data from diverse sources including LinkedIn, company websites, business directories, and other online platforms.
• Clean, validate, and verify contact information such as names, titles, emails, phone numbers, and company details to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Input, update, and maintain data in CRM systems and internal databases regularly, ensuring consistency and reliability.
• Meet daily and weekly data profiling targets and performance quotas set by team leads.
• Follow standardized processes and guidelines to ensure quality and compliance.
• Ensure strict adherence to data privacy policies and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 year of experience is required in data research, lead generation, or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large sets of data.
• Proficiency in internet research, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
