Role Overview

Spark Plus is seeking a motivated Lead Generation Executive to identify potential clients and create new business opportunities. This role focuses on researching prospects, executing outreach campaigns, and supporting the sales team in achieving company growth objectives. It’s an excellent opportunity to develop essential marketing and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients using online platforms.
  • Generate qualified leads and maintain lead tracking databases.
  • Execute targeted outreach through email, social media, and cold calling.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversions.
  • Report performance metrics and contribute to lead-generation strategies.

Qualifications/Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong research and data organization abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management systems (preferred).
  • Self-driven and able to meet deadlines in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and lead generation techniques.
  • Prior internship or experience in sales or marketing.
