We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive with experience in both telesales and field sales. In this role, you’ll engage with potential clients, promote telecom products and services, and meet sales goals through outbound calls and occasional in-person visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to present and sell telecom solutions.
- Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable products or services.
- Build and manage a solid pipeline of potential clients.
- Consistently meet or surpass sales targets and KPIs.
- Accurately document all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Keep up to date with product developments, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of telesales experience; field sales background is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Must hold a valid QID and be legally eligible to work in Qatar.
