Lead Generation Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify and connect with senior-level executives across industries to generate leads for delegate tickets (physical & virtual events).
• Client Outreach: Communicate and present business propositions via calls, emails, and professional platforms.
• Business Development: Drive new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
• Target Achievement: Meet individual and team revenue goals consistently.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and activities.
• Follow-ups: Handle client inquiries and ensure timely communication and engagement.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with sales and business development teams for smooth operations.
• Learning & Growth: Stay motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (spoken & written)
• Freshers are welcome — training will be provided
• Prior experience in cold calling or lead generation is an advantage
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, sociable, and self-driven personality
• Goal-oriented with a proactive approach
• Good organizational and follow-up skills

Shift & Location

• Location: Mumbai
• Shift: Rotational Shift

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
