We’re growing fast and looking for a motivated Lead Generation to help us identify new business opportunities and support our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads through online tools, databases, and social media (e.g., LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Apollo)
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls to generate qualified leads
- Maintain accurate records of contacts and interactions in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with campaign goals
- Track and report on key metrics such as response rates, qualified leads, and appointments set
- Plus point if you have knowledge of Odoo ERP (Sales, CRM, or related modules).
Qualifications:
- 1 years plus of experience in lead generation, sales development, or a similar role
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Familiarity with CRM and lead generation tools
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
