About the Role:

We are hiring an Appointment Setter to fuel our sales pipeline. As an Appointment Setter, you will be the first point of contact with potential clients. Your responsibility: identify prospects, engage them, and schedule meetings for our sales team. If you enjoy talking to people, have strong communication skills, and want to build a career in sales, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to potential clients in international markets.

• Initiate conversations, identify interest, and qualify prospects.

• Secure appointments and hand off leads to the sales team.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM.

• Collaborate with sales leadership to improve outreach strategies.

• Hit daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and booked meetings.

What You Need to Succeed

• Excellent spoken English (neutral or near-native accent required).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Confidence in cold calling and handling objections.
• Attention to detail and strong organization skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Prior experience in telesales, call center, or lead generation is a plus, not required.

No degree restrictions — your communication skills matter most.

What You’ll Get

Salary: 60,000–200,000 PKR/month (based on skill, quality, and experience).

Location: On-site only, Punch Lahore (DHA ex-Parkview).
